Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@cartpanda.com with your order number in the subject line.

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

Promotional pricing, discount codes, and special offers are valid only during the specified promotional period and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

If a promotional price was applied to your order in error, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to proceed at the standard price or cancel your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation;
• Estimated delivery for standard US shipping is 5–8 business days after processing;
• Free shipping is available on 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages;
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Contact us immediately if you discover an address error — we cannot guarantee changes once an order enters fulfillment.

7. Returns & Refunds

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@cartpanda.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your notice. Most customer concerns can be resolved this way.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site — including questions of arbitrability — shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits.

You and HorseFil Wellness each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

Jurisdiction

For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HorseFil Wellness with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of our products, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
